Clean room, good area friendly staff

Spacious and well appointed

First this hotel is not worth it, their staff are terrible and unfriendly. You will climb the stairs with your luggage and the worst is that we had power outage and when I called after 2 hours, I was told that it was a city issue and that I should complain to the city. I then decided to check out (this was now like 4 hours of no power) and they still have the gut to say they will not refund. So they are a BIG FRAUD.

I stayed at this property for one night and had a disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional, and the front desk staff were drinking alcohol in front of customers. The bedding was dirty and appeared not to have been changed, and some of the utensils were not cleaned properly. The surrounding area felt unsafe due to people using drugs on the street nearby. Lastly, there was no parking available at the property, and we had a difficult time finding parking at night.

Terrible place

Not nearly as nice as advertised. Linens and furniture had stains. Condition - shabby is the best word.

Efficient minimalist approach: no bedside lamp or table in second bedroom; access to balcony/patio; all basics available like left luggage.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Moldy mattress, stained towels, sheets, couches, chairs. Would not replace mattress and even the replacement towels were stained and raggedy. Unclean, unsafe, uninhabitable conditions. Would not give refund.

Staff need to be friendly need to learn customer service

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. No support from hotel and expedia . Expedia do not care for customer.

Parking not really convenient. The rest is acceptable

Dirty linen and towels. No elevator had to walk up dirty staircase with luggage, 3 flights.

Toilet was broken, vanity & tub drains were broken, Kitchen draws were dirty inside, Fridge did not work, bedrooms don’t have AC, 1 bedroom does not even have a door, AC in living room did not work, building does not have an elevator and stairs are very hard to walk.

There is no elevator so if visiting for 2+ weeks with luggage difficult to go up the stairs

It was an easy check in process and the hotel itself was super clean and nice. Just a quick Uber or nice walk away from some of the main attractions we enjoy. Will definitely be returning in the future.

It was ok, not very clean, the towels didnt look clean or new, the floor and carpet were gross. Theres no elevator to get up to the room.

The photo's look nice on Hotels. I was expecting to be able to park at the units as it is advertised with Parking available. This parking is on the streets around the area. I didn't like being called prior to arrival to ask to use a link to pay deposit and do a security check. My wife looked at the outside of the building and did not like the vibe of the people hanging around the entrance. And was too frightened to think about leaving the car out on the streets or even going into the units. We booked another hotel in the area and got an Uber to the event we were going to. My rating is based on external experience as we did not see the room. Shame to waste the money for a room we did not stay in seeing as there was a fee to clean it. Hopefully this can help future bookers think about what they may be getting into.

Sink faucet is broken. Bedding sheets are dirty King size bed was not a king size bed. 2 double beds joined together and separated every time you moved.

Chaises et divan tâché. Lumieres qui ne fonctionnent pas. Robinetterie rouillée.
