Overpriced for minimum facilities

The friendly security staff was a plus. My room was small and not very soundproof. It was separated from the next room by only one door, so I could often hear noise from the room next door. The hotel's shampoo and shower gel smelled awful 😢. The location has many restaurants and entertainment options.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful and luxurious, befitting a 3-4 star hotel in Da Nang. The space is meticulously designed, from the lobby and guest rooms to the common areas, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our family. The price is reasonable, making it perfect for the peak tourist season in Da Nang.

Reasonably clean and decent facilities. Will avoid area due to busy street, load bars and kareoke. Loudest hotel Ive been at. Only redeeming things were the other guests I met from around the world and a decent price.

The room is fully equipped, near Bac My An market, so everything is available around. The receptionist and security guard are very enthusiastic, always smiling and greeting, very friendly. The hotel is open 24/7 so it is very comfortable to come and go even late at night.
