While rooms are lovely executive kings are small. Junior suite was much larger and worth it. Rooftop dining excellent.

The trip was a birthday surprise for myself and the hotel couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the hotel restaurant on the Friday night and the attempted to set us up in the bar which really wasn’t the correct ambiance, but they quickly rectified it by arranging a lovely restaurant close by and gave us a couple of free drinks. Overall the service was excellent will definitely return.

Great boutique hotel

Hotel ist perfekt für einen Trip nach Palma, Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und strahlt Entspannung aus. Essen / Frühstück ist hervorragend. Wir würden immer wieder hier übernachten. Allerdings könnte das Bett ein Update bekommen.

Loved the roof top bar

Location is ok. Amenities are not good. Theres a sewer smell. Pool is very small. Service is minimal. Theres almost no room service. They treat the guests in the restaurant better than the hotel guests. I would not come back. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Great location. Easy and beautiful walk to centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Room/bathroom very small but nicely furbished and decorated. Great for a short stay. Housekeeping rather inconsistent in checking coffee/tea supplies and fridge contents. Chocolates left on bed some nights, not others. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice. Swimming pool/sauna and steam area small but adequate and attractively laid out. Would recommend staying.

Excellent boutique hotel close to everything in Palma. Staff and service went above and beyond. We will be back.

Such amazing location and the spa was fantastic. Really loved the food in the restaurant too. The staff we all so friendly and kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back

El Llorenc is in a perfect location for exploring Palma by foot. We loved the spa facilities, rooftop pool and the restaurant. Everything was perfect, but above all the staff were amazing. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at Hotel El Llorenç for 2 nights and received excellent customer service from every staff member we encountered from the moment we walked through the door. Our room wasn’t ready so we went to the beautiful roof top patio for a drink and a bite to eat. We also ate at Dins which was outstanding. It certainly deserves the 5 star rating as a hotel and will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful property with incredible food. Walking distance to old-town Palma, highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good central location with the old town, Cathedral and many bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

We loved our stay. The property is clean, the service is excellent and the facilities are great. We will return.

Generally property was very good, there are 2 things I didn’t like, firstly group of Americans on a bachelor party were noisy and secondly some guests were ordering delivered pizza, these two lowered the status of a boutique 5 star hotel
