Amazing

Amazing place and great service!

The hotel was amazing and the staff could not do enough to please.

Domes Zeen was a stunning property. We loved our large room and private patio. We could enjoy the lovely pool, or meander down to the ocean. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accessible. Excellent food and refreshing spritz cocktails. I can't wait to go back someday!

The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff was unfailingly kind and helpful. The pool was a delight and the food was terrific.

Not to much in the surrounding area, but the hotel has most of what you need so not a big deal if you plan to spend most of the time at hotel.

This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!

Superb service and friendly staff. Hotel Manager gave us a later than normal check out which made a big difference to our experience (thank you). Great way to end the trip. Our room was so lovely with a large private pool area. Loved it.

Pros: Lovely property; the staff were very attentive and the breakfast spread was very good! Lots of children around and it is very family friendly which worked well for us. There were no disturbances (noise or otherwise) with all the children around. The snack bar that remains open throughout was a great hit with our 3 year old! Cons: The pools aren't heated. In October when there are colder days, the pools are essentially unusable.

Breakfasts are a dream, offering a variety of options from fresh fruits, pastries, to made-to-order omelets. Dinner is a gourmet experience, with each dish artfully prepared and bursting with flavor. What truly makes Domes Zeen exceptional is the staff. They went above and beyond to make my 40th bday special, and attentive for my guests. Whether it’s offering recommendations for local experiences, providing thoughtful touches like complimentary treats, or simply remembering your preferences, their level of service is unmatched. You feel truly cared for in every interaction. Already booking my trip back to this slice of paradise!

Outstanding hotel, with amazing staff. Domes Zeen has exceeded all expectations- the room was perfect with a wonderful outside area and a plunge pool, the breakfast has all every option for every taste and the staff always went above and beyond. We didn’t spend much time at the pool because the beach was amazing and we had our own plunge pool, but be warned that the pool is a highlight for young children so it might get busy, but it’s not too loud so can still enjoy your time. The gym was well equipped and it never got too busy in the morning. Chania is about 40 minutes walk, we did that once and then resorted to taxis or hotel transfers - it was a lot easier.

Domes Zeen is a beautiful tranquil hotel - the staff are beyond friendly and helpful and the location is a short cab ride from the lovely old town of Chania. The food at the hotel was delicious and the pool with our villa was magical. We are already talking about next year.

I have a fish allergy and communicated to the hotel prior to and at check-in. The restaurant was never informed properly and not prepared for me. The Michelin Star restaurant, Gallina, was terrible. It took 25 minutes to get still and sparkling water. Service was subpar and not trained to the expectations one would expect at a Michelin Star restaurant. The wine steward spilled as he poured the wine, didn't wipe the bottle and red wine drops were all over the table. We had 2 children that were promised a special menu, but by the time we were served, they told us there was no food for the kids, SO WE LEFT! MY ADVICE: go to a local taverna. We did and it saved the trip.
