The hotel is very modern with an interesting design. Rooms are comfortable with an upscale design. Would definitely stay there again

A nice hotel located in a great area. Walkable distance to subway and close to lots of famous tourist places. Friendly people and great vibe.

The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!

Room services are great, very convenient, close to Xi’An’s Tang’s Paradise.

They had a new character bag in the room. I thought it is a gift or for sale but it was just for the display. It was a bit disappointing.

ZERO. Flights, Hotels, and access to China, all cancelled by government due to coronavirus - this is the only hotel to not cancel. To boot, the W Xian fraudulently “checked in” my reservation as if I’d stayed there. Phones are not answered, messages not returned, emails not replied to and even attempts at contact by Expedia unsuccessful. Even as a platinum elite - no replies at all from hotel. This is an unethical operation undeserving of the W name.

Good experience for the stay. Room was clean, food was good & the service was great. Good peaceful rest in the room with a nice night view over the lake.

The W Xian is one of the nicest and most modern W Hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are large, pool is wonderful. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is outstanding.

Modern digital lifestyle concept design . Worth your stay . Excellent scenery view from the balcony, In and out by car or cab, to nearby tour site in city centre by 20mins . 50 mins to fro the airport . Very well spread of breakfast provided. There is a lake beside the hotel , Just a few mins walk to the lake , you can rent a electric boat to tour both sides of the lake .

swimming pool, room and toilet are excellent. The design of the hotels is great , Breakfast , buffet dinner are also very delicious.

So surprised the fridge is not cold for a champagne or anything, first try to find help to seek for number to dial, no hints, then press normally zero no success and when you get angry that time then work on dial O, strange!! After then we have to ask for a ice bucket to cool down me myself and the wine! Beside this everything was super fine!

The hotel is very nice. The room is very good and had a fantastic view. I liked the automation and the style of the room as well. It is in a very nice area.

令人驚艷的外觀與大廳裝潢。服務人員專業、和藹可親。房間寬敞明亮、裝潢前衛新潮，陽臺外景觀優美。門開後，窗簾自動拉開的設計令人難忘。床及枕頭太棒了，非常舒適。水量充足。早餐種類繁多、美味可口、尤其是西式麵包。

前枱員工非常有礼，並且提醒我房間沒有包含早餐，如果我們需要用早餐，可以一天前用(人民幣150/ 位)購買第二天早上的早餐，但是當天購買的話，需要支付人民幣250/位。早餐非常豐盛，多種多樣的選擇。入住時間西安天氣很熱，酒店提很多樽水，真的是很貼心。
