I didn’t the smell of the hotel as soon as we enter. No cash change for laundry. I had to walk to the gas station. So I ended up not doing my laundry.

The smell in the elevator and around was terrible, smell like sewer . The guy at reception said they don't have breakfast included while I saw in the morning the had and he didn't want to give 1 extra towel

Between finding a cockroach and black mold in the shower and the ridiculous “breakfast”, this stay was really disappointing. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged mini muffins, frozen prepackaged egg sandwiches to be thrown in a microwave, a coffee maker that had no coffee or carafe, and an “out of order” juice dispenser. It was unbelievably frustrating. The hallways’ carpets were lifting and tripping hazards, the elevator reeked like sewage, and my toilet kept running which kept me awake. The walls are too thin and I can hear babies crying across the hall, and there were fake lashes left in the bathroom. I asked for additional towels and was met with the response “you have enough”. I will never ever book there again and I advise everyone else to avoid them.

Sofabed is for kids when its mention in expedia is for adult, they say they have Continental breakfast at the site but they have frozen egg and cheese maffen and frozen cupcake, they have coffee machine but without cottel, fresh juice machine is out of service, the hallway of hotel smells like drugs, client service is unknowlegable.

I've never seen anything like it, the service was terrible, the reservations staff were incredibly rude, the accommodation smelled of urine and there were many cockroaches and the carpet was dirty, it had glass in it, I realized because I hurt my foot.

all was good.. cable had no WEATHER or HGTV.. and the rain came seeping into the room overnight by the window; informed the counter..

Parking was ok but not many spaces, it was under a wing of the building and lots of doves filled part of the car with poop. Intrtnet was steady but I did not use it for long.

no fitness center anymore, the pool was down, the elevator was down, the carpet was dirty, the building smelled like actual feces

Pool broken, the room is wasn’t that clean. Found wrappers in the couch and fake eyelashes on the floor right before you enter the bathroom. And the worst part is the pigeons that hangout in the parking and sit on your vehicle and poo all over it. Oh and the continental breakfast isn’t the best. Offered juice Box, small packaged muffin, a yogurt, a pre packaged egg mcmuffin that wasn’t refrigerated and make your own instant coffee.

The price was good . Place was clean . Carpets are a trip hazard in the hallways

The entry light cannot even be turned off. We had to sleep with all the lights on. Avoid this hotel at all cost

The room was clean and updated. The air conditioner was a little bit noisy. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel was very good.
