Carpets and chairs were stained. Room smelt foisty. Hotel was very tired

I always choose this hotel if I am working in South West Wales as its the best in the area.

Great hotel highly recommend but would be nice if the single bed where mattress filled the same size as the bed frame as it was bit smaller

The bed was too small. It was smaller than standard double bed in the UK.

Right in the middle of Carmarthen with plenty of parking available. Lovely large room with everything you need. Evening meal was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good too.

I needed time for myself. Comfy and the option of food or drink at hand if i needed. Beautiful breakfast included in the price. Highly recommended

The staff were so kind, we did a last minute booking and it was so comfy and quaint. The area is gorgeous and breakfast was great!

Good place to stay

Good food, great staff, well placed in the centre of town, plenty of free hotel parking. One gripe: Room 120 is plagued day and night by the sound of machinery - possibly the hotel's laundry room? So when booking again, I'll ask for a different room!

Very tired old hotel with creeking floors and outdated rooms. Noisy and couldn't get good sleep. I had asked for a normal double room but was given a disabled one. The ceiling in the bathroom was broken and just did not feel totally clean. Overall, very disappointed The only positive is the staff lady at breakfast room who was polite and friendly.

Very tired rooms, 1st one had a leak ,but room changed with no problem ,bar area and restaurant good
