Great location. Breakfast was fantastic and hotel was clean

Pretty good, nothing that disappointed, nothing that overly impressed

The hotel property is right next to the beach and sea view available from almoat all rooms. Many pools and multiple activites are also a plus for this venue. There are Multiple dininng options in and around the property. The only challenge i would say will be for people with disabilities.. the property is on a slope and to go anywhere you need to climb steps which is not always very convinient.. i waa told i should have told at the time of booking and an accessi le room could be provoded but i did mot knew that this will be a issue. Anyway we stayed for 5nights at the peoperty and had a great time.

Very good entertainment for the kids. Nice location close to Flamingo beach.

More for young families with kids not for couples.

This hotel was booked as a very last minute choice, and far surpassed my expectations. The hotel was perfect, as was the room, and you couldn’t wish for a better location, right on the seafront with a lovely bay in front of it.

The stay was fine but grupotel charged us more than what was agreed. I had booked the stay through hotels.com for a fixed amount and the hotel chared us ten percent higher. When we reached out to Grupotel, they said talk to Hotels.com, while Hotels.com says you need to talk to grupotel. Now they are saying that the extra charges are forex charges. The currency has not fluctuated and who charges tehn percent as forex charges. Hotels.com rates are not trustworthy.

Great location beds were too soft, cleaners should come everyday some furniture was worn walls are thin so could hear next door

Everything was nice, really good food options , only minus was sauna was extra , and no mention of that when we were booking ( usually they free)

The twin beds would not stay together as a king bed, the telephone in the room didn’t work so there was no way to call the front office, the WiFi was spotty, there is no luggage cart or bell boy and they do not explain the resort and amenities to you. You are left to figure things out on your own.

Lovely hotel comfortable room and spotlessly clean. Food was great too plenty of choice. Pools were busy but always managed to get a sunbed. Beautiful location

First time we had stayed at this property. We were recommended by friends who had stayed previously. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, 2 adults 1 child and there was more than enough room. The apartments were clean and tidy. There was plenty of activities for children to get involved in throughout the day. The Flamingo Beach is right on the doorstep with a supermarket and restaurants 2 mins walk. It's a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and 10-15 min walk to Playa Dorada Beach via the coastline with lots of bars restaurants to choose from. Great week and would definitely recommend.

We just love flamingo beach group hotel. its our favourite location in Lanzarote. Long beautiful promanade walks, 5 swimming pools and a beach. Excellent accomodatiin. So clean. Some electrical appliences replaced since we were there last. Beautifully kept gardens and flowers. Ferry to Feurtaventura within walking distance. Food unbelievable in the area. Great choice of restaurants within 20 minute walk. We willbe teturning again soon.

Great hotel, right on the beach. Shop nearby, parking at hotel for free. Hotel room was nice, beds were comfortable.
