The hotel has a fabulous location and there was a family room with multiple beds, which we needed. However, the room was so tiny and we could hear everything through the walls.

Good for 2 nights max. No amenities, breakfast is very limited for 12$. Room was clean and within walking distance to most things.

We stayed in a family room on a Saturday night so we parked quite conveniently in a side street a few minutes walk away. The location is excellent right on the main street so really handy for bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel is very basic and the decor is very tired but it was perfectly adequate for one night stopover on the way back from the Alps

The wonderful blonde girl at check-in could not be more helpful when I checked in and and when I checked out. She was incredible. Ideal place central to everything.

Comfortable stay near train station, shops and restaurants. Short walk to Cathedral and museums. There was an issue with the room readiness but the management made the necessary adjustments and corrected the issue. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Air conditioning was excellent.

Had trouble with the parking meter and the guy from reception came and helped me. Great location.

This is a very convenient budget-priced location in Reims - the reception welcome was good and thorough in providing information for the stay. Good size bed, comfortable in a well-lit room with a desk for working etc. Clothing space small but adequate with enough space to hang clothes. Bathroom and shower also adequate and clean. Enjoyable stay.

Comfortable bed, quiet room

This hotel was convenient and the staff pleasant. Great location in Reims to see the city. Breakfast was reasonable. The room and bathroom was quite small and sparse. I would stay here again given the price and location.

Although I speak little French, the staff were very polite and did their best to assist.

The receptionist changed the room to a double bed with a single. This made the room quite small and on reflection we should have stuck with two single beds. The parking was the difficult part as it is in a shopping centre which is a distance from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with just a short walk from the station and surrounded by lots of dining options. Cathedral and other tourist sites are also close. The room felt quite spacious and the bathroom had evidently been recently renovated.

We came in late and the receptionist had left my key with my name on it at the desk. The fountains, shopping and cafes were all just steps away.

We ended up staying here last minute after shocking experience at another hotel. I’m glad we did. Service was great, felt welcome. Room a little on small side but location perfect. They had several kettles available to borrow. No complaints.
