Nice and clean, stores and restaurants super close

Loved the cleanliness and staff was so kind! Also love that there is a Starbucks on site

Loved the hottub, pool and waterslide. Breakfast decent, mix between continental and full. Facilities were very clean, great ammeneties and super convenient location. The suite was lovely with kitchen, range, dishwasher, dishes, etc.

We were very happy with this hotel. It was beautiful. Very clean! We had a suite room and the kids were very happy to sleep on the pull out couch.

stayed for 3 weeks, every second day housekeeping is nothing but towels change and garbage take out, my bed was made only once. parking spots are marked way to narrow, slow elevators

Pool was too noisy and chlorine fumes so high eyes were burning with no towels in sight. Friendly staff. Food ok at breakfast but it was all abit of a mess. Room very nice but big red stain in carpet in living room was concerning. The office chair had the back ripped to shreds - just looked out of place in an otherwise very nice room.

Everything was perfect! Great location, if you have a sports event at the rbc centre. Clean spacious rooms, and good service

Very large rooms

Very happy with our stay here at the Residence inn. We had my daughters 8th birthday here and they greeted us with a welcome gift and were able to get us early check in to set up for our party. Thanks again!

Upon entry, the room had a foul smell. I think it’s the sink. The pool was extremely loud at 10 PM, even though kids are supposed to be out by that time. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing, and the property itself is nice. But the smell in the room was very off putting. It’s just unacceptable for 265 a night. Obviously you need to put Drain-O or something down the drain to try and clear it up. Or perhaps have a plumbing company assess the pipes.

Good stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The last time was a year and a half ago. That time, we had a terrible check in experience with no room available despite having a reservation. We eventially resolved the issue, but it took quite a long time and front desk staff wasnt very friendly. Walking in to check in this time, my wife and I joked about them not having a room for us again. Turns out the joke was on us. Check in time was 3pm and we showed up at 4:50pm. They took my ID and swiped my credit card for incidentals and then told me they had no room ready for me. We were told it should only be a few minutes but were then left in the lobby with our luggage waiting for almost an hour. No aplogies, no compensation of any kind. Happening twice in a row, we wont be back. We are frequent travels, both domestically and internationally and this has never happened once somewhere else, let alone twice. On day two, the fire alarms went off throughout the hotel, forcing us to get dressed and head to the lobby. The hotel is very noisy as unsupervised children were running wild throughout the building. Screaming in the halls, riding the elevators up and down causing delays. A chaotic environment. In no way the relaxing and romantic weekend we hoped for.

We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It had all you would need as far as dishes, pots and cutlery. There was a small fridge with a freeze as well as a small dishwasher. There were two tv's and a door you could close between the seating area and bedroom. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Unfortunately they ran out of eggs. The hot tub was nice.

What a beautiful hotel. We were impressed right from the front lobby to our room. The pool exceeded our expectations as well. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very accommodating. I asked for early check in and they text me at 11:30 to tell me my room was ready. We will definitely be back!
