As a first-timer in Lima/Miraflores, I can't offer a lot to others. With that said, the staff at INNSiDE was very good, very helpful. I have not complaints. The hotel seems reasonably enough located within walking distance or Uber to restaurants and shops of all kinds. I wasn't overwhelmed by the cultural experience but maybe one has to go elsewhere for that. My room was comfortable enough but it was pretty sparsely furnished. A couple might have found it too spartan. The 352 Gastrobar was fine for a dinner, the rooftop bar was decent as well. I was happy overall but it doesn't feel like a 5-star stay.

Steffany and the staff at Melia were extremely helpful. Thank you for letting me check in a bit earlier & allowing me a later check out! Plus there is a fitness center & pool on the 10th floor. Rooms were great - clean and roomy. Melia made my stay memorable in Lima. Thank you again!

The hotel is well located in a walkable area and hotel staff was very friendly, albeit not always efficient. We didn't like any of the places they recommended for food and when we asked the front desk to make reservations at 2 places that we know require them, they told us it was unnecessary and didn't call - we ended up being turned away from both places because we didn't have reservations... We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and the service was extremely slow and food was not good and they allowed people to smoke at the table next to us (outdoor) despite it being a "smoke-free" property. The breakfast is also very basic and is the same every day. Muffins were raw and they don't have many healthy options. The room was clean and modern-ish but on the smaller side. The rooftop pool is a nice feature but gets crowded quickly.

Beautiful hotel

Innside is one of the best hotels in Lima and very affordable. We always enjoy staying here when we are in town. The staff is welcoming, kind and helpful.

I've an earlier check out at 06:00pm, I was told my welcome bottle (wine) would be sent to my room by 05:00pm but it didn't happen.

Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside. Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong. The wine and complementary platters were fantastic. The food in restaurant was great. Thanks to the staff. Extremely well managed hotel.

20 min walk to beach and 10-15 min walk to plenty of restaurants

Room was clean and spacious. Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful! Location is great, everything is close by at a walkable distance. Would recommend it as a woman solo traveler.

Beautiful location, easy access to food options and to the ocean views. Very clean, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, except for service in the Gastrobar when the night staff took a reservation for lunch the next day and the day staff knew nothing about it the next day.
