We had a pleasant stay and would return again.

That our vehicle broke down in route to celebrate our 25th anniversary!! I didn't know that I had a shirt time frame ti request a refund from Expedia.

Clean and friendly staff. Not Very good water pressure when we were there but there possibly could have been a reason for that

Good for getting to the national parks nearby.

I liked that there was covered parking however it was pretty dark. Did not have adequate lighting.

Disappointed that the kids day care center is closed.

The hotel is nice as far as casinos go. I would not recommend the out buildings with rooms.

Valet and bell hops were very pleasant and efficient. I enjoyed being able to dine at Johnny Rocket. Easy check in and out. I’m not a gambler but friends had fun at the slots.

It was great experience friendly staff clean rooms and comfortable bed i highly recommended it

Staff was brilliant! Got upgraded to a jr king suite and the room was super clean, roomy and comfortable! Will definitely be staying here again.

Had a good night sleep, rooms are amazing.

Conveniently located just off I-17 in Verde Valley. Indoor pool and spa area was great to have. One of the two elevators wasn't working for the three nights we were there.

We needed place to stay outside of Sedona and this casino was it. It’s nice place. I was with kids so did not use casino area… but they had good pay for breakfast. We liked the room. Service was nice too

This was my 3rd time there since Oct 2024. They never disappoint. My granddaughter lives 2 miles away so it’s perfect. Lynne Pahl. Vienna Virginia
