Nice clean room with plenty of tea & coffee making ingredients which could be replenishing at the hotel bar. Good selection of breakfast options and the hot items were cooked to order.

I use here often as it’s close to family in different areas, my kids are also autistic and the staff here are always so friendly and accommodating. They have set area for breakfast but always allow us to use a quieter area for when my 3 year old isn’t doing too well, I honestly can’t fault the place

Room basic but clean. Breakfast ok, shame prepacked avacado mush used, not fresh, but eggs and bacon cooked to order which was very good. Evening meal Carvery, poor, cold and 'old oil' taste, could not recommend, didn't eat anything else on menu. Staff very friendly.

I was very disappointed with my stay due to the extremely rude and disrespectful attitude of the staff. The management appeared unprofessional and disorganised, with no clear procedures in place, which resulted in a chaotic and poorly managed environment. The overall standard of the property is far below what is advertised online. The hotel bears little resemblance to the photos shown on the internet and feels more like a poorly run hostel than a hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others and believe significant improvements are needed in both management and customer service.

The check was easy but you have to go into the bar to do so. The rooms are basic but clean. There was 2 teabags and 2 coffees in the room. Would have been nice to have a few more The signage to the first floor isn’t clear, they could do with making it clearer and in view as you walk through the door. For the price we couldn’t moan
