Beautiful clean, spaceous room with towels, robes & slippers. The spa was lovely too. We did not use the restaurant & were disappointed that the bar closed so early (21.45). We did not have breakfast as we yhyit was much too expensive at €20pppn.

We stayed in an unrenovated room but view amazing and room itself very spacious. A little tired in the bathroom but it is an unrenovated room so yo be expected. Unfortunately out of their control the left broke down and we had to enter our room via side stairs through the laundry, however this made it very difficult not just for us but for all the stuff in the hotel who were absolutely fantastic. Staff did all they could to make this situation as good as possible. Katarina (spelling?) was truly amazing and so incredibly helpful. She made our stay as easy as possible. Thank you sincerely for that! It’s in a fabulous location in the spectacular village of Chatel and views are incredibly breathtaking. Overall a fabulous stay

L'accueil de l'hôtel est jolie propre mais la chambre qui nous a été proposée était dans son jus. Moche, qui date des années 80. Un rideau moisi en guise de par douche. Bref la chambre ne vaut pas le prix.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Hôtel près du centre et près des pistes Très bon restaurant Le petit dej est au top Spa sauna le top !

Gutes 3Sterne Haus mit freundlichem Personal. Küche für Abendessen ist zu empfehlen.

Viaggio di piacere zia e nipote per andare al bike park. Hotel confortevole , personale gentile e disponibile . Camera pulita ma un po fredda. Piscina e jacuzzi super !! Visto la pioggia ci siamo rilassati. Lo consiglio
