It was great. We will back on Sat night

The beds were comfortable. Lighting in the room could be better. Room was clean. Within walking distance to several fast food establishments. Although hotel had ice machine, no ice buckets in rooms.

Smelled like smoke, people smoking outside

Very property. Certain staff members were very rude to other guests. One made a stink over someone taking 2 cups if coffee. Door to dining was always locked, so needed to request entry. Stayed in room for 3 nights. Didn't allow daily cleaning, but smell from cleaning solution was still overwhelming in last day.

This hotel could use some upgrades. The bed could use a new mattress. The breakfast was very limited and in a tiny, cramped room.

Great stop on our trip

It was dirty and smelled like smoke so strongly it permeated all our stuff even after we’d gone. Key was left in an open box where anyone could grab it. Breakfast was nonexistent.

The rooms were clean. Reasonably priced, Breakfast was on the light side.

This is the kind of place they house homeless people on state vouchers, room reeked of marijuana, sketchy area by highway 91 in drug ravaged poverty stricken brattleboro... but it does have hot water and the sheets were clean and a lock on door with a TV - but hey its dirt cheap and you are about to see why😆

Loved the room stay but breakfast was underwhelming. Breakfast room was locked, nothing hot, we needed decaf coffee, had none.

Room smelled of cigarettes. Burn marks on the desk and sink.Window didn’t lock so they had a piece of wood to stop anyone from opening it. Room wasn’t clean.

The room was nice, but we didn’t sleep well. There were loud people walking through the hall most of the night. The toilet didn’t work well. We felt uncomfortable when we arrived there at 10 pm. I later learned Brattleboro has a bad drug problem. We won’t be stopping in Brattleboro again.

This is a hotel that could do with a rehab--it just reeks despair and lack of upkeep outside and in, even if the rooms are very clean. and some way to remove the pervasive smell of pot and with staff that is less rude and knows how to welcome guests, for instance, paying attention to them.

I really don't understand the high ratings on this hotel. My room keys were left in an open lock box that anyone could access. The entire place smelled like cigarettes and weed. The police showed up twice the one night I stayed. People were falling down drunk in the parking lot. I ended up staying in the room due to no vacancies at the hotels in the surrounding area. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Be ware of high rating…

Bad smell in room. Stains on carpet and pillows Bedding appeared clean but stained Neighbor was vomiting loudly for an hour at 10 pm (assuming from drinking too much)

The entire property smelled like marijuana and the hotel is a place for the unhoused population to live. There were people in and out all night, very loud. The bathroom was also not clean. I did not feel comfortable.
