So these guys kept insisting that hotels.com confirmation number is not what it says on the booking...had anxious moments...they need to b educated on how the association with hotels.com shud work...then thy said they have a booking not via hotel.com but Expedia...bad user experience for us

I had to cancel the booking of 2 rooms because at time of booking I was not informed that guests with local I'd are not allowed which is weird...either you people run the hotel only for outsider or close it.
