Before they provide the information on the location to obtain the keys to the room, they requires a security deposit in the amount of GBP 300. The worst part was, their policy is the security deposit will be refunded in no later than 14 working days since check-out date - which I think is a very long time. Other than that, the room was quite large and located in a very good location (walking distance to several metro stations). Also, the customer service is quick in their responses (via e-mail) and helpful. However, below are some negatives of the room: - the electric water kettle is dirty (so we had to buy bottled waters during our stay here for drinking); - the tv did not provide local/satellite channels (we can only watch youtube, netflix, etc.); - very noisy, you can hear people's steps outside and from the floor above; - the bathroom appliances are quite old (it takes quite a long time for the toilet to reload the water after flushing); and - no instruction on how to turn on/operate the heater.
