The beds were not good. I could hear the alarms of our neighbors like it was our own alarm and the breakfast was not really how it was prescribed. The location was very nice and the view was immaculate.

Great breakfast buffet!!! Will give a 5 star in beauty and view, however rooms could be cleaner and put some more love into the inside appearance of the rooms. Some walls and the room were dirty and the floor was dusty. However, it is still a beautiful hotel with private parking and again great views!!

The hotel is located in the middle of a small town centre with fantastic views-you can watch the sunset and the sunrise as well within 2 minutes walk. Free Car park is smaller but we always managed to find space. The restaurant view is just breathtaking. Room was very clean and modern look, bed was very comfortable with again great view over Tuscany. Breakfast is continental with good quality. The staff were genuinely superb-everyone very kind, always smiling, very positive and genuine. I can only recommend for everyone, gives a taste of Tuscany. Thank you!

The room is clean and nice. No complaints. but it stinks like in the candle corner of IKEA. Strong vanilla smell in the room, and the walls are rather thin. testing the restaurant tonight. looking forward. Bottom line a fantastic view. quite relaxing.

Wonderful stay in this charming place! We had a wonderful stay in this place. Breakfast was ok.even if breakfast was till 10 am… and we arrived at 9.50 they were very patient and gave us all the time we need to have our breakfast quietly. The girls at the reception were very friendly, spoke very well English ( which was not the case in the restaurant) but not a big deal for us… their kindness was sufficient! We will come back & thank you for everything
