Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel

Room is very spacious n well equipped. They do not provide any disposable amenities like shower cap, toothbrush etc...but there r free soft drinks ,coffee tea n bottle water. Excellent condition of room too n its location is conveniently located next to a mall with supermarkets n many restaurants

The artyzen habitat was amazing! Cannot say enough great things and make you feel like you deserve the best. It is beautiful, clean, right beside a big mall full of dining options and close by to the metro. The front desk staff are very helpful, but especially Ella. She is the kindest lady and goes above and beyond with her customer service that makes you feel like you have a friend and are taken care of. She took care of us with any of our questions on directions, and help us get diapers by ordering online as getting thing can somwtimes get trick for foreigners. It is a bit tricky to get to so make sure you give taxi drivers the address and ask them to call the front desk for any questions on finding the place. Also take advance of the front desk of walking directions to things around there. Would recommend this hotel to anyone heading around HongQiao area, and would definitely stay again and again.

Room is big, place is nice, would recommend.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. The front desk staff was quickly responsive helping me book taxi and made sure that I got picked up when calling on my arrival night as I didn't have access to the booking platforms. Every other staff that I asked for help also helped me nicely. I really appreciate it. The hotel room was clean, spacious and quiet. They provided many art books on the bookshelf. Love it

The hotel is new and trendy, with spacious rooms. Service is great all around, especially Rose at the front desk, who accommodated all our requests. The only area for improvement is breakfast, more variety and non-luke warm (i.e., hotter) coffee would be great.

Very modern and new hotel which not too far from SHA airport. Overall condition is excellent, friendly staffs, but morning subway noise might trouble you a bit. Big shopping mall in walking distance.

The hotel is classy without being opulent and over the top. Very refreshing and relaxing. The staff attitude is excellent. Very helpful but not pandering.

Great hotel and new facility. Only drawback is location is a bit back from the main road and thus difficulty for taxi drivers to find if not familiar with area.

Overall very good hotel

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The hotel was new and very uniquely designed while the guestrooms were spacious and comfortable. The team were friendly, proactive and helpful at all times which offered a welcoming experience. The hotel was located next to a mall with lots of shops and eating options too. Definitely will return if I’m in the area. The only downside is because it’s new, taxis were not fully aware of the place and takes time trying to get one.

The hotel is nice in general but the location of it is a bit hard to find. And there are facilities nearby but need a bit of walk. The walk is not too much of a major problem at daytime but at night, the lack of night is a bit intimating. The building management in the campus doesn't allow motorbike to access so handy food delivery or courier has a bit of issues. They need to walk up the slope to do delivery. Other than that, the hotel itself is a good facility.

Nice new hotel. The only bad thing is they don't offer international TV network. The suite is nice but if the sofa can be a bit further back and away from TV will be great. Road sign around the area is still not the best but it is just a glimpse away from malls and amenty which is surely very convenient. Vibe of hotel is refreshing.

Lovely new hotel with polite and super helpful staff! I travel to China frequently for business and would highly recommend! Nice location with a lovely park nearby and shopping.
