Property was clean and safe, the food at Costa was mediocre

Everything you need is footsteps away!

I particularly liked very much the front desk staff, one in particular very friendly, warm and very likable.

not a casino person but hotel is great, pool area is very nice and relaxing. steakhouse bar we used was fab.

Great place

Stayed here for my birthday with my husband. Room was clean but ac barely worked and it was HOT. Finally fell asleep and got a phone call to the room at 1:30am from front desk telling me someone was trying to get in contact with me. Confused as to what was going on - they called back only to tell me they were calling the wrong room. Questioned staff at checkout this am and they had no clue about any of it. The one night we wanted some piece and quiet they’re waking us up for some nonsense. :( also went to have a drink at the bar at 6 which closed at 8 and bartender tells us oh sorry you’re too late. They need me at the bar outside - confusing

The hotel experience was great, except for the security staff that monitor the entrances of the casino were very aggressive and profiled my sister’s black boyfriend.

I like that around the areas of the hotel was clean. I disliked that it took 1hr and 45 minutes before my suite was actually ready. That was time I could have used towards getting my birthday celebration in order.

Really nice property, very nice rooms and the bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is really nicely upgraded. My one take away is that the rooms are not very quiet, they definitely cheapes out on the soundproofing on the walls because you can hear your neighbors.

Super clean. Staff was so nice attentive and helpful. Casino was fun and also clean. Would definitely stay here again 👍

Very enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were very secure and safe. You can only access your room floor with your room key. A little inconvenient if you have family on different levels but I appreciated their level of security. We had a staywell room. The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was the best Ive ever slept in besides my own. So comfortable. The shower was like a spa and I loved their hand soap. The towels were very soft as well and they have many amenities including a beautiful pool which we didn't get to use. The only down side I would say is that you have to ask to have your room cleaned and I asked to have mines cleaned just because I wanted our towels refreshed and the girl at the desk took our info and they never came to clean our room. The parking garage is free. Its a short walk which we didnt mind but it did smell a lot like weed. But I know they can only control so much and we got into our car pretty quickly. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay here again.

There is so much to do at the property. From the movie theater, comedy club, to the casino, you will have loads of fun and you don’t need a car.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room next door and on the street. Parking is not convenient to the hotel.

It tried to be more trendy-looking than functional. Even though there were 2 doors between the toilet and the bedroom, you can still hear everything in the toilet room because of the walls and floor materials. Dark room, limited outlets. No difference between the “stay well” floor and the regular floors except higher price. I like the CT casinos/hotels better.
