Very clean, modern and well maintained. Good central location. Would stay here again. Recommend ear plugs as the shift work traffic can be noisy.

All was fine. It is not a glamorous place, but good location and all fine. There’s no lift, but only 3 floors. Vicky, on reception, was fantastic. Very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Her help transformed my stay.

The advertisement of the property while booking said a microwave oven and a refrigerator availability. But those two weren’t available in the room. There was no lift. Had to carry my suitcase to 2nd floor. There was no staff at the reception when I came back after dinner. Had to call to understand the process to enter the building. It didn’t feel looked after.

Perfect while working away

Overall this property is excellent. Mattress for me a alittle soft but got used to it after a couple of days. Staff are excellent,helpful and cant do enough to be of service. Although they dont do breakfast as a option there's a excellent food wagon on their rear car park that does excellent breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely stay again in the near future

Parking was minimal, staff lovely, pillows crap, shower great. No breakfast facilities and no lift, with some v steel steps

As usual my stay at the Escape was relaxing, from the smooth check in with friendly staff, to check out.. My only issue this week was the draft from outside was somehow getting through into my room, which meant keeping the heaters on longer than normal.

As always, my check in, room, and friendliness by the staff, were of the highest level. I always choose The Escape when stopping in the area, very comfy rooms. Mark

great service, clean and only thing I could say is that the parking is at the hotel but it states as a pay and display but then you register in hotel for to make it free. that could be communicated better on the website.

Everything was just perfect, receptionist very helpful and thoughtful, room of equal standard, unfortunately one thing that let it down. No anti slip mat in the shower which made it quite dangerous, however receptionist used initiative and gave us floor towels to put onto the shower floor, all slip worries completely gone away.

The hotel is super comfortable, clean and the location is great. They have free parking which was a massive help: The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Had a lovely stay at escape hotel.

Great check in with free parking permit. Although i was put on the top floor and nearly at the end of the corridor and no lift, i got the excersize I needed. No AC, but a tower fan was much welcomed. TV a decent size, great overhead shower.

The room was immaculate and bed was really comfy, totally enjoyed our stay, staff was absolutely fantastic, really friendly and helpful and always making sure you didn't need anything

Great hotel in a converted forner print works. Smart, stylish, clean, comdortable. Fridge and microwave oven in room. Near 2 supermarkets. Quiet despite being quite near a busy road. Easy to find. Short walk from station and town. Pleasant staff. Easy check in/out. Really cannot find fault. Will be my first choice next time in Barrow.

From checking in to leave we had a great experience nothing was too much trouble. Very well located. Room was large and spacious. Clean and in good repair. Cannot fault it at all.
