Exceeded expectations

Nice staff, clean rooms

On booking it said feww bereakfast, but there was no breakfast, I had to pay for each item and buy it. I checked out the very next day.

Nice rooms very well laid out. Negative is dirty bathroom. Hair on floor and towels.

Nice place however shares pool with hotel next door and your food delivery usually get messed up and sent there instead. However the hotel was clean offers free laundry workout room close to lots of things

Clean and friendly

Although staff didn't "look" professional, the lady who checked us in was extremely nice, helpful, and wanting to accommodate us for our trip. Although it's not necessarily pool weather yet, it wasn't very clean and there was lots of confetti from the holiday prior celebration all over the ground in that area. Other than the cold pool and dirty pool area, the rest of the hotel was nice. Really liked the check-in lady. Check-out lady didn't have much personality.

My room was last in hall with exit door to majority of parking. The exit door opened and closed (slammed) ALL day until 10pm and started as early as 4:30am. We didn’t sleep much! I’ll never accept another room on 1st floor down similar hall and exit.
