This hotel was chosen because of its position and indeed it was excellent.

Great service. They even reserved a pet friendly table for us to have breakfast with our little dog.

Very close to the Metro and a large shopping mall.

For the price of a room, this is an excellent place. I find the rooms very small - cannot imagine being with a second person in the room I was given. Also, there is not really a lounge area adjacent to the hotel bar. Just tables and chairs. Breakfast is excellent and you are very close to a Metro station which is very convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Hotel. Ibis has really stepped it up. The hotel has a young, fun feel to it. Staff was great. Ping Pong, arcade game and more in the lobby. The arcade game was out of order but I am sure it will be back up and running soon.

Breakfast needs improvement. Not many options and too many people.

The hotel is crowded. Very noisy! Difficult to experience a good night of sleep. You can hear guests walking and talking in the corridor late at night.

Good "IBIS style" hotel. Poor restaurant service.

Modern new building, very close to subway and shopping center. You can actually hear the trains from the apartments, so if you have light sleep it can be a problem. The units are ridiculously small there isn’t space for luggage. Comfortable enough for 1 person.

Excellent service from staff. Location is great, in Tatuapé. Great dining options near by (Uber). Shopping center with a Starbucks, hamburger restaurant and a food court. Metro station in 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is good , you can have tapiocas made for you on the minute. This is a great option to stay in São Paulo

For my needs this hotel is my new best option in SP. Excellent location , half way between GRU airport and Jardins/SP citi centre. Staff was always ready to help and exceeded my expectations for customer service. Rooms are nice and clean , bed is comfortable and black out really makes the room dark. The metrô Tatuapé is just at 10 minutes walk and there you have a mall that has a food court in case you need to grab a bite. Also from hotel and with a very short drive you can get to Tatuape neighborhood where you can find great dining options. If for business or pleasure this is a great hotel option. Note that my trip was for business.
