Very safe, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. The convenience of close shopping and premier restaurants are within walking distance. An uber takes you to Miraflores and Barranco at a very affordable rate too! Great large bed and room accommodations.

Great place to stay for business or leisure. Very well located, next to business center, shopping and restaurants. Hotel is new and very clean with confortable rooms. Staff is kind and helpful in any requests. I will be back for sure.

I could hear the television from the room next to us. The walls were extremely thin. For Peruvian standards, the infrastructure was way too Americanized.

There is a lot of things missing here for me to go back..example they don't put even cups on the bathroom to use when you clean your teeth..no Kleenex at all...we were two people and only one cup for coffee..and they did not replace the ones I got ....this was a two bed bedroom so why only one cup..it is very limited..a very small pool and indoor...breakfast is also limited...no restaurant service..you can choose another hotel almost for same price with much more things to offer...example casa andina premium on the next corner. J was there and for a change I picked holiday inn..bad decision..

The hotel is very nice and is well located in San Isidro area. The staff on front desk was terrible. When we do the check in they wasn't paying attention to us. We request a taxi for next early morning fly and they didn't schedule any taxi. We almost lose our flight and have to find an Uber our own because the person didn't care about the mistake. Also, we have breakfast included and ask for 2 breakfast box for our early flight and they didn't schedule also. The bathroon essential very basic, only soap and shampoo. Is not a bad place to stay one night but there are so many better options with better services.

Staff was very nice and we were able to leave our luggage’s to explore the city. Very clean room and we had a perfect view of the city. Will stay here again.
