They need to improve everything but customer service. Customer service was great. There was no WiFi, the bath towels were too old, they need to repair some walls, the bath curtain was torn, the blankets were dirty they had hairs, they announce in hotels.com that they have swimming pool and that’s the main reason I booked a room and It was out of service. Honestly I don’t recommend this Hotel seems the Manager doesn’t care. He or She needs to be on top of it. Or need to change the Manager. And this review is just in case if they want to impress because I was so disappointed.

Toallas terribles para sacarse, tambien ni papel sanitario nuevo pusieron. El agua de la regadera se salia por no tener bien puesto la cortina de baño. No me volveria a quedar en este hotel

They really need to be more efficient in the counter … the line to check in it was 50 minutes waiting… over 25 people .. o have pictures … need to do something about it … ty

Hotel stuff very rude or just not friendly at all prices show very different if u just show up then when u book online.. price to high for hotel room ... Many kids screaming at pool water all over stairs and walk ways .. WiFi sucks really bad just not a good place to stay ...

Looks good from outside, inside the rooms the bed frames were made out of block so a bit uncomfortable & rooms needed a deeper cleaning. Bathrooms were clean though.

The room was okay but not very clean, no hot water for showers, swipe card never worked to unlock room so a reset every time and a big wait at reception, no English speaking although the site advised there will be, restaurant had limited food and it was not great at all, noise all night long and the gap round the door just beamed light in so hard to sleep! translator tool useless as staff not interested, never ever will I go here again the staff were very unhelpful.

Most hotels will have a small fridge and microwave and coffeemaker. This hotel none of this, and the beds were very very hard. The shower leak. And toilet kept running untill you push the flapper back down.

Worst ever! Bad beds, poorly maintained, uncaring staff, no restaurant available, scary neighborhood, no accommodation for non Spanish speakers, loud all day and night. The lock on my door did not work, AC either ran or did not work at all. Filthy, old, noisy, aged,and packed with local partiers paying half the price!!!!

It was a bad experience all around. The room is dirty, no towels, the door lock doesn't work, I was issued controls for the TV and A/C that do not work, and a cleaning lady came into my room and removed controls without authority when I was out, she did not clean the room either prior to my arrival, nor during my stay.

Rooms not bad for the price even the place, but ac they never got it to work and they say they did not have any other room for us, so was realy bad trying to sleep with the heat specially in hermosillo heat

Bonito lugar y muy agradable

The place can most certainly use new beds and better maintenance of the pool. The beds are old and the pool’s water was nice and cloudy. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall a good stay for just one night.
