The property itself is beautiful. It is centrally located and in impeccable shape. Andres who managed the front desk was seemingly always there and extraordinarily helpful and friendly. His professionalism, charm and demeanor were top level and made our stay all the better

Lovely property. Location is great - every destination was in walking distance. The staff is top notch, helpful with dinner reservations and minor issues.

You will be satisfied if you are looking for a nice hotel in this area. We have traveled the world many times, so trust me when I say I know what a good hotel is. I also know what a bad one is, lol. This hotel is perfect, top to bottom. The front desk young lady was lovely. She spoke English very well. You will enjoy this place very much. Worth every penny.

The rooms are very clean, top amenities in the room from linens to bathroom products. Welcome note from the staff a special touch. Front Desk and Bell staff excellent. Not much on the outside entry but once inside, WOW. A diamond in the rough hotel for sure! Highly recommend if you are in Modena!

We love this hotel the hotel was old and simple also gorgeous feel in side our room.and hotel workers are likable and welcoming.A specially the worker Andrea and Sara were really nice they told us a lot nice restaurants and great clothes store information.we had wonderful stay and definitely love to coming back this hotel
