A Little bit noissy but ok

Room didn’t seem overly clean. Asked ahead of time for a playpen at booking and there wasn’t one when we arrived.

Good. Not great. 3 star

The only reasonably priced decent hotel in the Presque Isle area. I’ve stayed at every hotel in Presque Isle and Caribou and determined it’s not worth trying to save money at the cheaper hotels and Hampton Inn is grossly overpriced. The rooms are clean and the service is good. My only complaint is the uncomfortable beds. I will continue to stay here anytime I’m working in the area.

Made this booking for a meeting in the area. The night before the trip, the weather showed a big snow storm scheduled in the area for the time that I would be driving at night. I called to cancel because I was afraid to drive in the dark night (5 hour drive) through a snow storm to get to hotel. Got runaround between Hotels.com and the SureStay hotel - each sayiing it was up to the other. In the end, it was up to the hotel and they refused to cancel my reservation. I explained my worry about driving alone on the very dark Maine roads in the snowstorm, but they had no concern for my safety. The result was a stressful, frightening 30 mph driive through a snow storm because the hotel did not care about. guest safety. I will never stay with them again.

First room, toilet was plugged. Second room toilet seat was extremely dirty. Won’t stay there again.

Place was clean, warm and comfortable. Make sure you get what you need in town before you go to the hotel. It is just the hotel in the immediate area but resources are just a few miles away.

The facility was okay. Bed was comfy and pillows were real nice. Bathroom was closet size, someone else in the breakfast area made same comment. The shower was hot and pressure was good. A college had two of its basketball teams staying their and they were really loud one night until 11 pm. Walls were thin and easily heard through. The next morning breakfast was depleted when we arrived. No eggs, no coffee. The coffee was replenished after a short wait. Decided to eat peanut butter on toast as the eggs did not come out. Staff member said they were frozen so it took 20 minutes or so. With hardy athletes staying, a little more forethought on this would have helped.

So this place was more than fine for two working guys to stay a couple nights. However, the place was dirty, there was hair in the bathtub and sink. There was also an unknown substance on the wall inside the bathroom. The door knob for the bathroom door was hanging out of the door, nearing falling off. The place is obviously outdated with thin walls. The heat worked, the staff seemed nice and the parking lot was salted and easily accessible in snowy conditions. If you are looking for a nice/clean hotel, this place is not it. However if you’re the blue collar type, hunter or outdoorsman just passing through for a night or two, this place does the trick for cheap.

They are pet friendly and the breakfast is pretty good.

There was an enormous cemetery across the street, so it was perfect, close to Halloween.

everyone was so nice and helpful to my 88 year old Dad and myself . Thanks to all the staff :)

The staff was excellent, courteous and respectful. Breakfast was also a great deal. Highly recommend this Hotel next time you’re in Presque Isle, Maine.
