The entrance lobby is a little shabby, and the pictures of the courtyard are deceiving--tiny courtyard. However, the service was very good and friendly. The room was very clean, ample space and the bed comfortable. Centrally located. Can walk many places and public transportation easily accessible. Would book again.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful room and amazing staff.

This was such a great place! Conveient location near the metro and bus lines and within walking siren e to say many shops and restaurants and attractions. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are super cute and comfortable and clean. We loved it and will definitely stay here on our next visit: I highly recommend staying here 10/10

In first room AC didnt work so we needed to change room and we needed to pay for that. View from room was brick wall and bathroom had window that was bright in the morning so it was difficult to sleep. Most of the staff was so helpfull. First thing what one of the receptionist said was u look tired :D even we just slept 12 hour good sleep! Breakfas was really good and room was really nice.

This hotel is lovely. Perfect location. Unique and clean accommodations. The front desk staff was so helpful and welcoming. They booked us a lovely dinner cruise and made many excellent suggestions. I can’t wait to return.

The location was great and the staff were amazing. They went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was perfect. They suggested restaurants and made reservations for us (all delicious), they also helped with activities. The small boutique hotel charm was exactly what we love.

Very nice hotel

We enjoyed our stay and I would have given 5 stars except for the unfortunate breakfast system. They made a problem where none existed by having people sign up for specific breakfast tables. But there were no numbers on the tables so we never knew where to sit. One morning we apparently sat at the wrong table and were forced to move halfway through our meal. Just silly and unnecessary. They could have easily rectified this by just putting a discrete number on each of the small tables. Either that or just let people sit where they wanted, first come first served.

This hotel was unique, clean, and in an amazing area - quiet but close to everything! Our room (with a patio) was amazing - we would stay there again when we go back to Budapest! Just wonderful!!

Cosy and welcoming hotel. Lovely room with comfortable bed and powerful shower. Nice continental breakfast. The eggs do take a while at peak times due to one machine. Could be worth purchasing a second machine to speed up waiting times. Would definitely recommend!

A great boutique hotel with abundant charm, a most accommodating staff and a sweet continental breakfast. Assigned breakfast times were a new one on me, but kept us on our toes! A wonderful guest experience!

I loved this hotel. This is the first nice hotel I've treated myself to as an adult. I used to go for the cheapest option, but this time I wanted a little luxury and comfort. I definitely got it here. The minute I saw this hotel on Hotels.com, I knew it was "the one," but I hesitated for a while, wondering if I should opt for something cheaper. I'm glad I went with my instincts. The hotel strikes a nice balance between small, boutique, and somewhat affordable, but charming and (for me, at least) luxurious. The beds were so comfortable, as was the bedding (it was hard to get out of bed in the mornings)! The towels were so soft. The bathrooms were gorgeous--I even took a video to show people back home and have inspo in case I ever renovate my own bathroom! The women who work at the front desk and prepare the morning breakfast--which was superb, by the way--were so friendly. Speaking of breakfast, so much variety. Very fresh and tasty. (Nothing for vegans, however!) The entire hotel had a lot of old-world charm. Also, the location could not have been better! It was close to everything while not being smack in the middle of tourist trap restaurants and bars. All in all, I cannot say enough good things--I also appreciated that there were no children! Although the guests from a certain middle-eastern country were as loud as children.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the complimentary breakfast was of a very high standard, with a good variety of food and drinks. The hotel is conveniently located with many places of interest within walking distance. We would love to visit again and would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend staying at Hotel Collect - we would like to return!! Very friendly and welcoming staff. They took time to show us different areas to visit in the city.? Beautiful boutique room with modern, well equipped rooms. Lovely and cosy - much needed when outside temperature was below 0 degrees!! Easy to use public transport around Budapest. Breakfast was a high quality continental buffet - ideal for getting our day started. Some work was going on in building next door but this caused very minor disruption. Thank you to the team again for a wonderful stay!!
