Lack of sound proofing made building very noisy - difficult to sleep.

Rude staff upon check in , pool area not safe as all my kids got cuts from the edges

Good pool,decent size rooms, nice lobby. Rrom was unclean, had to request lysol wipes to clean it. Sticky pop on all cabinets. Brown something on carpet and headboards. Big pink sticky area on carpet. Could not take off my shoes.

Smelled nice and clean but the mattress was terribly soft and the springs twanged a lot. Staff were great though

Everything was great, to make things better would be a longer cord for the hair dryer very hard to dry the back of my hair with such a short cord as well i would like it if the windows opened i like fresh air.

First room (420) had a connecting door to the room beside it and I could hear my neighbor on the phone-and even the person she was talking to. She was not loud. Luckily the staff changed my room to 316 and it was excellent!

Was very pleased with our stay.

The hotel is always clean and comfortable. Good hot breakfast in the morning.

Great 3 night stay for work, spacious rooms, quiet with great parking and pretty good hot breakfast. Cookies in the afternoon and friendly and courteous staff 😉

We travel often and have stayed in many hotels, but the Pomeroy is by far the best place in Prince George for families. The staff is extremely friendly, and the overall vibe is laid-back and comfortable. The hotel provides plenty of space for socializing outside of your room, and the pool is exceptional. With water slides and a water park, it guarantees hours of fun for the entire family—it's essentially a full aquatic center within a hotel! We've visited numerous times, and the staff consistently works hard to keep all areas clean, even when the hotel is at full capacity. During the complimentary breakfast, they offer a variety of hot and cold items, catering to both kids and adults. My son loves making his own waffles; it’s always a highlight of our stay for him. Parking is free and secure, allowing me to sleep well, knowing my car was safe.
