The check in process was really long. I ordered 2 rooms. For room 1, the check-in process took a little longer because the staff looked confused. For the 2nd room, I had to wait more than 1 hour without an update on when the room had been cleaned. Even though I arrived 3 hours later than check-in time. Quite disappointing for the staff service.
