it is beachfront however the path to the beach is full of weeds and trash.

Pros: -good location beach front at cheaper price. Walking distance to public market and transportation terminal going to puerto princesa and port barton. - ac room and hot shower is functioning. -breakfast is good with coffee cons: -i booked a room for 3 persons but the bed was good for only 2 person. - no toilet paper
