Good enough for a family to stay in Malaysia

The apartment has a great location, very close to the center, the view on the 18th floor is very beautiful, seeing both Kuala Lumpur and Petronas towers. The furniture is comfortable and enough for 4 people or a family. Moreovers, the manager is so friendly and helpful. If we travel to Kuala Lumpur next time, We will book Platinum Suites at swiss Garden again.

As input & suggestions: 1. Dusty place 2. Under the bed is really dirty 3. Furniture grille is dusty 4. Towel smells sour 5. No cleaning every day after 12 noon (in new WhatsApp there comes cleaning, no responsibility answer, but it has become their responsibility) 6. Aqua & toothpaste and toothbrush only given 1 time only while I slept there 3 nights 7. Requested money of RM 20 (their language for tourist fees).

So comfy! and so large, I like it!
