Staff was friendly and helpful. AC was working excellent especially during my stay (31 degrees outside!) But the bathroom is a bit outdated, and the shower head needs to be cleaned.

Todo muy bien. Estaba a 5 minutos caminando de la estación de metro (Quintana), que te conectaba con la Gran Vía. La habitación es pequeña, estaba muy limpia y tenía secadora, lo cual fue muy útil. El personal fue muy amable, nos permitió dejar nuestras maletas después del check in.

This place was really nice and secure. Bath was amazing. Water pressure perfect. Ideal for a one to two night stay. Very quiet and local to places.

Friendly staff, place is spotless and great location

The staff answered very kindly to all my requests. The position is perfect: you can reach a metro station in 1-2 minutes and the city centre is near.

Lovely room, great staff and a brilliant location near a metro station. Lots of local shops and amenities and the hotel also has snacks and drinks available to buy at really good prices.

Perfect no frills to sleep for the night. Bed was comfy, shower was nice.

Comfortable

A very clean room that’s spacious for two, and very accessible by metro. However, no bar soap was given for toiletries which was unexpected. We also encountered severe clogging with our shower, which took forever to drain all the water. Finally, we could only use the hair dryer on the low power setting because it wouldn’t work on the high setting which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was clean but I found toilet paper inside the toilet, which wasn’t a great first impression. Other than that, the room itself looked clean, the shower had a nice pressure and everything worked properly.

Very nice location, good neighborhood. As with all of Madrid, inflation has caused room rate to almost double in the last five years. The towel rod and shelf were coming loose from the wall. Otherwise, the room was simple but had everything needed. A good place to stay.
