Very friendly staff and very comfortable, spacious room. Going back again for business and also because I love F1 racing and Aston Martin memorabilia is excellent.

What a truly magnificent breakfast - we didn't need to eat a thing until evening! We chose The Bird in Hand as a convenient place for an overnight stay and would gladly stay again

Not really set up for business. Can't get a vat receipt when booking via Hotels.com but apart from that it's good for a one night stop over

Lovely rooms and excellent service

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is absolutely amazing. Extremely good and lots of it. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Couldn't fault it at all.

Good location to near Norwich and the coast. Ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. It is in a quiet location.

Stayed for 1 night to watch a football game at Norwich. This place was excellent.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful, sweet. The room was large and the tub was wonderful. The food was really great. Some of the best we have had on this trip.

Very nice stay, warm and friendly reception

Lovely country pub tastefully decorated with Lotus pictures, the self contain single story rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, sadly we didn’t get to sample the evening restaurant food, as I’m sure that would have been great too. At check in we had a friendly welcome from Janet who along with the rest of the staff that we meet were wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in this area.

I normally enjoy staying at The Bird In Hand; friendly staff, good food & Oh so clean! - This time however, the bedroom at night was too cold & the thin duvet was of summer weight. there was no blanket in the wardrobe so I spent the night with a sweater over my nightclothes & a coat on top of the duvet & still felt cold. It is winter now & these problems should have been addressed.
