Very nice hotel next to a shopping mall with stores and restaurants. Walkable to the marina for boat charters and to “Sala de Despecho”.

Nice clean rooms and the staff was very helpful on helping us get transportation to where we needed to get. Plus the local mall downstairs next to Hotel was plus. Would differently go again and let everyone else know it’s a good place to stay on your first visit to Cancun.

This is 4th time we stsyed in this hotel. We jus love it. The smell since you arrive makes me feel good. The atention is super. Room with a view to the Marina is just amazing. Location couldn’t be better. This is our home outside home.

From arrival to departure service was excellent our room was well laid and of high quality. The restaurant had a great quality menu at reasonable prices. Close to gourmet dining.

We live this hotel a lot

Very clean and room smelled great. The staff was very friendly. Only downsides were small pool area and slow service at breakfast (we were in a time crunch and we waited about 5-10 minutes before leaving as we had no server come over to check in). Also would recommend having cold bottles of water available to guests at check in.

Nice property, but we were kicked out of our room by a man next door who was flight crew who claimed he couldn’t sleep because he could hear us talking, mind you it was 10:00 am and we were speaking in normal voices. Staff at the front desk didn’t really offer any type of resolution or discount for the inconvenience. They still have a hold on my deposit even though I settled the bill at the end paying in mxn pesos.

5 Stars – Unforgettable Stay at Almare Resort! We had an amazing time at Almare Resort! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredible—relaxing, vibrant, and full of good energy. The food and drinks were top-tier, but what truly set this trip apart was the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and always smiling, making us feel like we were right at home. The property itself is stunning—beautiful views, spotless grounds, and a peaceful vibe throughout. Special shoutout to Alan and a few others on the team who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality truly made the difference. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning at least a few times a year. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Located in Puerto Cancun, easily the nicest area in town, this hotel enjoys an incredible location. While it's a bit removed from the hotel zone and some of the popular restaurants there, the setting more than makes up for it. The adjacent mall is beautiful and convenient, offering plenty to explore, and there’s a fantastic taco place just across the street. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the beach club due to limited availability, overall, the location and surroundings made for an outstanding stay.

Great place & location if you are looking for a chilled environment with everything you need, from great views, facilities, bars, restaurants & shops.
