Location was good with short walk to the beach. We booked a double room that felt like an elongated closet, the shower was beyond tiny (and I’ve stayed in many small European rooms before) it felt like your face is literally against the glass door, and there was no sound barrier. Bathroom is basically an echo changer so you hear everything and the door doesn’t seal close it’s just a loud rolling door. Part of the advertising is enhanced noise suppression but we heard everything our neighbors did every single morning and night, which woke us up every single morning. They said they change towels every 3 days, we never got fresh towels during our stay unfortunately. They also advertise free croissants every morning, we only got them 2 out of 4 of the days. Decent hotel but i fear it’s more expensive than what it is worth. I know the response will probably say we should have asked for croissants or fresh towels but we shouldn’t have to if that is promised and included in the price. Also may be nitpicky but nothing felt level in the room for example if i put something down on the sink or the little tray above the sink it would roll down.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. First of all, the location is very convenient, and secondly, the staff are exceptionally friendly. Every morning, the hotel provides croissant. One day, I didn’t see any when I was heading out, so I casually mentioned it to a staff member. He took it very seriously and immediately went out to buy a fresh croissant for me. His service was truly outstanding, and I was deeply touched!

I was so excited to venture to this family owned hotel. The owner is kind and wonderful, full of helpful tips and wants you to have a nice time. The other staff I question and felt very u comfortable. Upon checking out no one was around to help me or with luggage, the staff was found outside smoking and still wouldn’t help me or with Ubers and more. They were okay with me stressing to find my ride and did nothing with no apology. I had other issues with the room, weird noises and problems and I emailed them and it was ignored. I never got an apology or anything from the owner, which I was shocked about. This is a cute remodeled hotel with small rooms… yet I will not return after my experience and lack of care. I am disappointed and wish I could say better things as I genuinely thought the family owned hotel would be great!! They did nothing to make things right or demonstrate concern.

I love the location of this hotel- 4-minute walk from the Alsace-Lorraine Station, 2-minute walk to the beach and 12-minute walk to Placa Masséna! Very convenient all in! The staff who opened the door was also amazing! Grabbed my suitcase right away and helped me settle in my room! Coffee maker inside the room plus fresh croissants every morning at your door! Highly recommended when in Nice!

The property does not have an elevator but they were so helpful in carrying our overweight bags up the two flights of stairs. The host greeted us and showed us a map and gave us a ton of great tips. He genuinely wanted us to have a great time and hosted us like we were his personal guests. They provide delicious croissants everyday! The location was easy to access the beach and get around the town.
