Unadorned, tiny room with only one chair.

Pros: easy check in, comfortable bed, clean, giant tv. Cons: room smelled musty, very small, not a good value for the price. Would stay again if I had to.

Softest hotel bed I've ever stayed in! So comfy! The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area. A fun and great family friendly hotel! Games in the lobby and a great indoor pool. Super clean and nice! Felt safe the whole time! Would definitely recommend.

Always enjoy staying at the Tru properties. First time traveling with a pet and all went very well, even though it was 4th of July and fireworks went on and on (expected that).

Staff refused to change rooms

Loved the blackboard with suggestions where to eat and things to do. I just took a picture and off i went.

It was quite updated clean. So happy that the front desk accommodated us and let us check in early.

The hotel was okay. It was clean. However, they didnt have any staff to clean the rooms or get you towels for your stay. They just had a note on the door that said something to the effect of low on staff and that you had to go down to the front desk if you needed anything. They also charged me $50 for my service dog. No other hotel has charged me for my PDS dog. Overall the stay was fine and the hotel is clean.

We were very unhappy with our stay. For the price we paid we expected, rooms to not smell of mold and mildew, the ice machine had stuff floating in the ice. The beds were very uncomfortable. I have never had a worst stay. Also amenities were terrible, the in room fridge didn’t work.

The staff was excellent and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Having Netflix in the room was a huge plus. Free coffee and tea was available all day and night. I can’t say enough about this room , it was great

All good. The room clock time was off by 12 minutes and a screwdriver needed to fix it. TRU hotels are always good since they are newer.

The location was perfect, my only complaint is that my room was very musty smelling. I went and asked for a room spray, front desk clerk gave me what she had but I ended up going to Walmart and buying a candle. It smelled just fine then but when I woke up in the middle of the night that same musty smell was back. I mentioned it to the front deck clerk upon my leaving and she said she would’ve gladly given me a different room. I chose not to be a nuisance. I would stay again for she.

This property was very clean and the staff was always nice and helpful with any questions. The fitness area was clean and had everything needed for a good workout. the breakfast was always stocked with numerous options.

Extremely thin walls that I heard everything through beside and above me well past 10 PM. Extremely uncomfortable, lumpy, hard bed; poor bathroom lighting, shower sprayed water over half of the floor. It felt and smelled like a cold hospital room. Only plus was the breakfast. Very disappointing for a Hilton property.

Close to casino. Staff very friendly and rooms were nice.
