Location is very close walking distance from Air Terminal. Room is tiny like any other hotel, they provide pajamas but unfortunately it didn't fit me so I don't use it. Only 1 pillow provided, I'm used to sleep with more than 1 pillow. They have laundry coin room in 4 & 7 floor, guest can check the availability from TV. Cleanliness is so-so. I found hair and dust below table. Overall is good value hotel, it 's very convenient if you have morning flight in your last day tokyo trip.
