The room was comfortable and had a spectacular view of the amphitheater. Breakfast was sparce, so we didn't bother. The one negative is the smoke from the lobby does waft up to the rooms, even on the third floor. It's unfortunate they allow smoking indoors at hotels in Tunisia. But this hotel is great for a quick stay if you're there to see the sites. The staff was very friendly.

Fine hotel. Good location. Nice room although shower attachment didn’t work. Quite noisy at night. Smoky in all the common areas - room was Ok though. Mr Salah in the restaurant was excellent. Nice good & breakfast. Rather overpriced though.

The amount of cigarette smoke inside the lobby and hallways is ridiculous. They said they could not take credit card, cash only. I had to make the booking through Expedia to avoid another ATM fee. The rooms are clean, but are showing their age.

Nice hotel with a nice view. Internet is abysmal, do not consider it as available as it seldom works. A tad noisy on weekends (as per other comments here). Breakfast adequate of a 3 star. Area, outside of the Coliseum, is interesting for an afternoon or a day at best.

Great stay and super quick walk to the amphitheater. We were welcomed warmly and had everything we needed. The pool was a plus for our son.

Miła obsługa i całkiem czysto, w hallu można zjeść pizze itd, dobra lokalizacja i możliwość zaparkowania przed wejściem.

This property is very conveniently located in easy walking distance to the amphitheater and archeological museum in El Djem. We came by train and it was very close to the train station. There are only a few trains a day so train noise is not a problem. The hotel was very quiet. We had a huge balcony overlooking the amphitheatre on the 2nd floor. The room was a suite and it was huge. The king bed was very comfortable. The spa bath was very nice. Breakfast was fine but not great and the Wifi is very poor.

The hotel and cafe were vey nice and clean . The staff was excellent. The restaurant for supper was mediocre and limited. It was empty in the evening and I suspect the food was not fresh because of very few customers. At breakfast, the fruit was not fresh and the coffee was terrible.

I am glad we stayed here and now having traveled around Tunisia I believe it to be a reasonable value. It is new and nicely decorated. The room was comfortable with bathtub hairdryer and nice beds. There was secure parking so you could leave the car and walk the short distance to the amphitheater. I liked the mosaic motif and the circular design. It was odd that it was hard to see the menu ahead of time and we did not order beverages because they could not provide a list of prices. I have learned in Tunisia to never order something without knowing the price so as a practice I do not order without a listing. The restaurant is closed off and tour group level. The lobby is great although it was full of men drinking coffee and smoking even though it is enclosed so there is smoke. Not a problem for me but for some maybe. It was an easy drive here from Tunis airport and we started our trip here after an early afternoon flight arrival.

It's location is excellent. A mere 300m from the amphitheater and right next to the train station. The WiFI worked all the time, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable and the staff so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I chose this hotel for my stay in El Jem!

i like this hotel, the view from my window can see the big Colosseum. It just take us with walking distance to reach there. Nearby also have market so we can buy fruits from the market with cheap price. Breakfast also good. Thanks to the manager who assist us during our stay. Really good and nice stay here.

Whatever were the complaints about breakfast before, they were certainly not justified when we visited. It was a very ample buffet. The coffee was terrible, but the attendant went to find tea for me. The room was spotless and very lovely and very very comfortable. Not many choices in El Djem. This is located very centrally for the coliseum, and a nice walk from the museum, which has an unparalleled collection of ancient mosaics. Do not miss either of these highlights of the friendly and relaxed El Djem.
