Room could use some cleaning, but location and breakfast are great.

The room was just ok. Very small, cheap amenities and the first night there was a very bad smell in the bathroom— sewage smell. Talk with the front desk the following morning and it was corrected Carpets in the hallway and elevator are in deep need of a good cleaning. That doesn’t give a good image. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Very good staff.

Hotel location was excellent, close to all amenities. Staff were super friendly & service was on point. Would definitely recommend .

This property is very central and is very quirky.

The hotel rooms were a little jaded and the breakfast didn't have a lot of options for vegetarians. The staff's attitude could have been better. The best thing about the hotel was the location near the Kandy lake and the Buddha temple.

Everyone in the staff was so welcoming and helpful. My 87yr old father, who cannot walk more than 10 meters, was with us. The care everyone showed him was remarkable. And the food was really good too!

It was a nice boutique hotel suited in a good part of Kandy town. it has some lovely touches such as chocolates in the evening and turn back service. The food was okay for breakfast but the waiting staff were very friendly and willing to serve you. The noise from the kitchen late at night and in the early morning will disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Sadly some of the guests were not nice and there was a family who had a child running up and down and shouting in the corridor at 2am which woke several of us up.

The hotel is kept in great condition, the morning breakfast buffet has a good selection of western and Sri Lankan food. The rooms are spacious, the minibar is complementary, beds are comfy and you’re staying right next to the temple and a short walk from the lake.

Great staff and convenient location

We only had one night in Kandy on this trip. The Radh is positioned within a couple of minutes walk of the sacred tooth temple and so was ideal. The staff were all very.pleasent and helpful, right from check-in until we checked out. The rooms and facilities were great. Shame we didnt have longer to enjoy this wonderful hotel.

Did not accommodate me, on early departure e be through I stayed a night and I formed them in advance. Construction next door was inconvenient Gym was awful, Expected more for the price
