Does not match my expectations

Cheap but luxurious. Nice place to stay when have limited budget.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Next, 'll come here again.

Great hotel with awesome room facilities, comfy and clean, will be back!

1. only 1 elevator available. not ok during peak hours. 2. lobby at the other end from elevator to room. have to walk far. 3.1st night room was blackout. moved to 2 floor down with small kids.very inconvenience. 4. sent email to ask question but late reply and staff did not understand the question. overall not recommended unless you have no choice but despite all these flaws, front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

A central location close to the main and major destination in Kuala Lumpur. perfect for a business travel or even a weekend getaway. room facilities are simply yet fulfilling.

Satisfactory, large and comfortable rooms, as well as comfortable bathrooms, but quite a bit disappointed as the pools are unusable, others all satisfying.
