Excelente servicio, buena comunicación, en recepción muy atentos y me complacieron con la acomodación de las camas, muy limpio y seguro. Lo recomiendo

Es un hotel sencillo, con buena ubicación, pero bastante básico y sin lujos. Habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas.

The booking picture shows a complete kitchenette with microwave toaster stove and fridge, however there no microwave and the toaster hardly works and is is on really bad shape. There are no cooking or eating utensils therefore of you book this property thinking you will have the ability to cook something bring your own or book elsewhere. BTW. People that takes care of the property are GREAT employees, make you feel welcome.

Very kind personnel. Quiet and silent place. They asked for my transportation to the airport, on time and excellent service. I plan to use this facility in the future,

There was a lack communication, rooms without water to drink, soap, towels and the toilet got locked durong the night

Over all property was in good condition. I was not expecting to be an appartment. You get a full kitchen living room and dinning room. Good location. It is close to an airport and off the main street so it was getting a little noisy. Price was great and it is close to everything. They have 24h desk service. Overall I would recomend staying there.

Regular Place

Terrible check in Lights off. Door locked. No one around. Rang buzzer for 10 minutes. Barbed wire around property. Dirty carpet. Don't stay! Lights off, door locked. Stood for 10 minutes till Someone came. No English Barbed wite around Came at 11:30

Room was excellent except that there was no AC and the bed mattress was too hard/firm.

This property is clean, excellent hot water, comfortable bed, friendly and professional staff.

Excellent location, nice kitchen, good place to write

This place is quiet, clean ,friendly staff they are very helpful and polite they have a decent continental breakfasts all do will be nice to have a little different breakfasts choices other than the same thing every day.also have at least utensils for 4 people in each unit in estead just for two , have the necessity utensils in the apartment to cook and keep the kitchen clean it will be nice I did ask for the extra things I needed and they provided for me it was very nice of them overall I am very pleased with Altamira aparthol I loved it I will recommend to other and I will stay there again thank you

Está un poco viejo. No tiene aire acondicionado. La atención del personal muy bien.

El edificio es viejo, el departamento es relativamente grande contaba con cocina, solo habia detalles de limpieza ( las alfombras estaban bastante sucias ) y las cortinas no cubren bien de la luz solar

Sin aire acondiciomado, pero suficientes ventanas y balcón
