Pros: spacious clean room, friendly staff, location was near restaurants and other hotels, breakfast selection was not bad, the area was very safe (I couldn’t get picked up at my hotel for a tour, so I had to walk to another hotel at 5am, it was a few blocks over but I felt safe), the room fridge was cold and stayed cold Cons: bathroom sink was draining very slowly (needed to be fixed & never got fixed even though I requested it to be fixed), the outdoor room windows should have been cleaned/they were dirty, outside was extremely loud every morning being on a Main Street; you hear all of traffic/horns/noise, the bathroom light/electricity was very loud every time it was turned on Overall my stay was a 3 star stay but for the price, it was very unproblematic. I didn’t try the oriental restaurant at the hotel but I tried La Antojeria and loved it (it was right across the street). Miraflores was a nice area

Hotel de 4 estrellas con aire acondicionado de quinta categoría. El equipo de la habitación botaba hielo y hacía ruido toda la noche, haciendo imposible descansar. Reporté el problema y la respuesta del hotel fue ofrecerme cambiar de cuarto, como si el daño ya causado no existiera. Mi acompañante tuvo que irse a otro hotel por cuenta propia. Contacté a Hotels.com, se comunicaron con la propiedad, y el hotel negó cualquier reembolso. Ni una disculpa real, ni una solución de fondo. Si un hotel 4 estrellas no puede mantener el aire acondicionado funcionando ni asumir responsabilidad cuando falla, no merece esa categoría. Hay mejores opciones en Lima por el mismo precio o menos. En cuanto al personal ellos hacen su trabajo no tengo quejas ante ellos que hacen lo que pueden pero la administración del hotel debe evaluar sus procesos ante los quejas de clientes

The room was very and I mean it, very dirty, I’m not picky but this was very nasty, the day the cleaning personal entered our room they only made the bed, they didn’t clean anything else, the bathroom was the same

Location was excellent. Rooms was clean Limited shampoo ,conditioner and shower gel. No extra toilet paper. Stayed one night so it was enough. Walkable to Indian market and down the street from Museo de Sitio Huaca Pucllana which I highly recommend. Many places to see and great options around for eating. Staff was not very friendly and not accommodating. One worth mentioning, I came down for ice for two and the gentleman at the bar gave me 1 very small glass of ice despite me asking for two glasses for two people. Luckily, there is an Oxxo across the street and I grabbed a small bag of ice from there. The room did have AC which is always a plus. Breakfast looks like a nice set up but I found nothing good. Coffee is extra-strong. I ordered an omelet, that was way better. They offer parking, incleded. I liked the location and that the parking is included but likely will not stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, close to all amenities, very safe neighborhood, staff were very helpful, spoke some English, very polite, breakfast menu changed every morning, yummy. Everything clean and polished. I would live here if I could. Just a great place.

This hotel was great with one exception. The room we booked included breakfast but both days we were thwre, we had to leave before breakfast started. They offer boxed breakfast but charged us extra for that, which seems unfair when we wouldn't be eating the breakfast we paid for. Other hotels we've stayed at in Peru have offered boxes breakfasts for free when we have early morning flights or tours. Aside from that, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot water in the shower was spotty (hot and cold). Location was good, right near the ruins and walking distance to anything in Miraflores.

The area is safe and quiet. Close to airport express lima bus stop. Plenty of food outlets nearby. Room was huge and clean. The tv has english movie channels. The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the welcome cocktail drink from the bar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would certainly return here if in lima again.

I stayed 3 times between March 27 and April 15, 2926. First room - need to be cleaned better. Stepped on an earphone from a previous guest. Poor lighting. Second room - poor lighting Third room - poor lighting, not enough towels There was no body lotion

Unfortunately my stay here was not pleasant , it lacked comfort. Starting with the room king suite room was not what I was expecting . Missing furniture, no iron , room smelled like a dump Don’t not stay in room 406 or anywhere in the fourth level. Go 5th floor or higher . They host events in the lower floors you will not get a good sleep or rest. Buffet is trash . Swimming pool is tiny, you also have to reserve a time to use it .

Seating in rooms limited to one chair not comfortable, no microwave, linen needs replacement, carpet needs shampoo

It was an average hotel. Good location but the hotel lobby and rooms are outdated. I just stayed for one night and I m glad it was not longer period
