Nice place to stay..except no parking. You have to park on the street.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was always being kept clean and had a delightful smell. Bathroom amenities such as body wash and shampoo was provided by the hotel. Parking is not on site, it’s a block away in another hotel parking lot for Q85. Or you can always park on the streets. I would definitely recommend this hotel die to its location.

Very cozy hotel

Hotel La Galeria is a charming, clean and safe property that is close to a main street, attractions, supermarket and a market that sells almost everything. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast could use a little more variety.

The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean although one of the beds linen was dirty and stained. We asked the staff if they were able to change the linen and they did.

The hospitality there is amazing and the food is great. The rooms are clean and nice.

Nice room and friendly staff

Very nice place. Only downsides are that it’s a little tough to find if you’re not used to driving in a high traffic areas, no free parking (they offer discounted parking from another hotel down the street) the rooms do not have central AC (only fans & it gets HOT at night), our room and bathroom were right in front of the dining area… so you can hear everything and everyone walking by the room.. other than all of these things… breakfast was fine and staff were very friendly.

Small private beautiful hotel!

Clean

Clean room. At the back so didn't hear too much traffic noise. Location good. Recommended laundry worked out well. Breakfast was basic, a lot of bread based ingredients. Would of liked more choice.

The staff were very friendly and helped out with local places to go. Breakfast was included and had a various options to choose from. The rooms towards the back are quieter as there's a bus stop near the front of the hotel entrance. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Antigua!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an indoor garden. Breakfast included was good.

Other than having a small TV with poor reception, this hotel was truly wonderful and the staff went above and beyond..
