I really like my time there and they are so nice to comprehensively

Clean and tidy. Friendly host. We requested 2 more pillows and we got them from host in a short while. Some light bulbs were gone in bathroom but still ok because of natural sunlight from roof window. We experienced some difficulties to turn on the TV, we reported to the host immediately but the problem cannot be solved. Anyway, our stay in better bed is OK. Good location, friendly host with reasonable price.

He had a good Feng Shui, and owner very nice, plus shuttle service to airport.

Carl’s warm welcome made us feel right at home the moment we arrived We felt happy to be able to relax and rest in our cozy and very clean room prior to our long flight back home. We highly recommend Better Bed House !!!

The property's clean, quiet, easy access from highways. Pretty close to Richmond city center for dinning options. Price is fair. Would love to live in this property next time visiting Vancouver area.

Carl is wonderful, he was so helpful this place it a great place to stay.

It was quite easy to reach using public transport. It is in a lovely residential area so very quiet and no traffic. The Host is friendly and kind. I had brought my own food but there is coffee and cereal and fruit and juice so one could have breakfast right here!

Totally jacked up experience. Worst lodging experience of my rather long life. Do not stay here.

If all you want is a bed to sleep in at night, then this place will work. There are very few amenities to the place. Most areas of the house are sealed off for the host family. Bedroom smelled bad, as there is little airflow in house (baseboard heaters). No functioning TV. No exercise room. No wash cloth in bathroom. Cameras all over. I don't care for this outside a bathroom. More house rules than is typical. Owner seems overly security conscious, as house seems to be in nice, clean neighborhood. The price might be right but very few frills and a little oppressive.

It was convenient for my husband and son. Very clean. Staff were polite. Only challenge was they did not accept visa for the damage deposit. But they worked it out

The host is very nice and very considerate for all guests living in the house. There is a quiet hour rule so that guests hopefully won’t disturb each other.

Host is very helpful and accommodating including providing shuttle service when he is available.
