Would not consider this to be a four star hotel. Room is so small you cannot open a large suitcase, you may need to pack it in the hallway. There was no hot water to my room. The hot side is not as cold as the cold side but still not warm. No way to turn off the light on the air conditioning so you either sleep without AC or sleep in a bright room (I am talking about the display of the AC, white, bright, LED lights). No complaints on breakfast maybe if you get a larger room this place will be fine. The size of the room was listed but still just disappointing to not be able to open the bag. Good location next to the shopping mall in Fortaleza if you need that.

Short walking distance to main areas like shopping

The property is well locate for meetings at Meeting center . Reception is good , staff is good , but room smells bad. All my clothes , after three days , are smelling as bad as room. It is sad because breakfast is good too. I like everything but smell

Overall the hotel is clean and the service is good. Good selection of food at breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms however, are so tiny. I think the room is around 300sq feet. Once you get a bed, nightstand, desk, wardrobe I. There, there wasn’t even space for our suitcase. And with two of us in the room it was very tight. The bathroom as well was very very tight. Once you were in there with the door closed you couldn’t really move. If you are claustrophobic, this hotel is not for you.

Me hospedei no apartamento 202. O que mais surpreendeu, negativamente, foi a condição do banheiro. Além da sua conservação precária (corrosão no espelho e rodapé do blindex), foi uma péssima surpresa o tamanho do banheiro. Para usar a pia, foi preciso encostar as pernas no vaso sanitário. Box do banho assustadoramente pequeno. No máximo 70x70cm. Espaço mínimo para se movimentar durante o banho. Foi uma experiência muito ruim. Definitivamente não vale o preço cobrado. Tive sensação de prejuízo ao final da hospedagem.

O atendimento na recepção foi tranquilo e normal. Quarto e banheiro limpos mas super pequenos. Quando fiz a reserva no app da Expedia, solicitei um quarto executivo, pois acreditava que o mesmo seria um pouco maior que os quartos standards. O que depois fui informada que todos os quartos tem um tamanho padrão. Infelizmente não conseguimos passar a noite no hotel pq o quarto estava com um cheiro mto forte que vinha dos ralos do banheiro. Pelo menos essa foi a impressão que tivemos. Fizemos o check-in por volta às 16:40 e por volta das 22:15 fizemos o checkout.

Quarto de casal extremamente minúsculo, difícil passar pelos móveis e guardar bagagens. Banheiro sem exaustor no quarto 317. Café da manhã e acomodações incompatíveis com 4 estrelas.
