I paid full via Traveloka at the time of booking but when I checked out, the hotel charged me again. On July 15, when I sent Traveloka the bank statement to show that they charged me twice for the same booking but until today, Aug 05, after numerous times contacting them, they are still quiet and show no solution or progress. Guys, have you encountered the same problem with Traveloka and Village Hotel Sentosa? What are you supposed to do next in this case?
