A good view from my room 1208 and its clean.

The pool was not available, some renovations were on-going, the hotel lobby and corridors were warm, food was similar everyday. Milk was found sour one time, the TV was not user friendly. Noise as the toilet window cannot be closed properly as the handle was close to the shower panel.

The hotel is too satisfied from the design of luxurious, modern, comfortable and beautiful rooms to the friendly staff. Breakfast has many dishes from Asia to Europe. Especially, the location of the hotel is located on the city center road, very convenient to move. Overall too quality. Will come back again

I booked a room at 2pm on January 17th and noted to check in at 24h because there was a late flight from Saigon. When I got to the hotel, there was no receptionist on duty, I called the whole day and no one answered, I picked up the phone and dialed a male friend. I told him to book a room, note at 12pm, why didn't the check-in feel ready, the other male friend kept telling him to check in early, to check the room? I just said that the hotel has a 4-star rating, but the service is so bad that I can't check the information and even note the date and time the guest got it? When checking carefully, the staff member gave the key and did not open his mouth to apologize to the customer, nor did he guide the customer. When I checked out of my room that afternoon, I reported the status of last night, the female receptionist ignored it as if nothing had happened. First time I received bad service like this hotel. Too bad and don't want to come back a second time.

The 4-star hotel is bad, there are no guests, so the breakfast is temporary, in general, it is temporarily noisy.

The hotel is clean, modern interior, cute like a homstay. Small room area. But still fully equipped. Attentive, enthusiastic staff. I was wrongly booked via traveloka. However, you at the hotel have helped change the day without charge fee to help me. The request you all support very. Breakfast is also varied and delicious. Highly recommend staying here, suitable for the whole family and for business trips.
