We can’t say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. We were welcomed so warmly, starting with the driver from the airport to the hotel. Our personal assistant, Pisey, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Everyone at the resort was extremely accommodating. Pisey set us up with a fabulous tour guide (Sun) as well. Sun was informative and answered every question we had about Cambodia/Angkor Wat. We would love to return to resort/hotel. Lastly, we enjoyed wonderful massages, and the food was exceptional!

Great Property, comfort of home. Excellent service provided by all the staff and the team. Professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Lyhoung made our stay extra special and took care of our needs with enthusiasm and care and made us feel very welcome. I would look forward to staying there on my next visit and highly recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed for four nights and didn't want to leave! We contacted the hotel in advance with our flight information and they arranged a driver to meet us at the airport, with free transit to the hotel. From our welcome drink to checkout, the staff were so kind, genuine, and helpful. We didn't want to be right in the chaos near Pub Street, but also didn't want to be too far away from the city center. This location was perfect. We walked to or from the city center a couple times, and Mane offered a free tuk tuk (remork) ride to anywhere in city center once per day. It was also a good experience to get out to restaurants and businesses in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel as well. We had fresh squeezed sugar cane juice, got our laundry done, found a tailor and got a pair of pants professionally hemmed for a dollar, ate pizza, and had many kind exchanges nearby. We were in the History Lovers building, which has rooms numbered by specific years and the room designs reflect that year in Cambodian history. We were in a large suite with a giant tub plus separate shower and a balcony overlooking the front garden. The room was so comfortable, and furnished with antiques and tasteful reproductions. No complaints at all! The salt water pool was fantastic... drinks from the bar and dinner at the restaurant equally so. The hotel attracts couples... no kids in sight! Breakfast was superb: best French toast ever, as well as amazing Khmer options. Arrange an Angkor Wat tour with Jack!

We have stayed at several luxury villas in Siem Reap in the last year. We had high expectations given premium price paid. Sadly the experience was not good and we regret having spent 2 nights there. Staff very keen to please, but cleanliness, poor maintenance and over-stretched staff meant that it was definitely not good value. Just one example - pillows smelly. It took an hour plus to replace, from another hotel we think. Staff said ' all our pillows smell like that!'. Other examples, wash basin leaked, blinds broken so had to stay closed.....etc., etc...

This hotel would be more like what you consider a lodge. 16 rooms, all very different and charming. What makes this hotel spectacular however it is the staff that work there. They’re all very close and friendly beyond words. The staff is also extremely accommodating. We moved over to meet friends in a five star, contemporary, western, high class hotel after 4 days. The upscale hotel mind you, is four times the cost. Although the five Star hotel is magnificent it was definitely not a better experience than the Mane. I have traveled to over 50 countries and can only tell you that our stay at the Mane was absolutely top-notch.

Mane History Lovers made our family trip full of nice surprises. First of all, the entire hotel is beautifully decorated with Cambodian accent and the gardens are lush in green. It's tranquil and peaceful to stay. Secondly, the staff is extremely sweet and helpful. They constantly pampered us with drinks and afternoon tea/snacks. Whenever we need information, they are there to help. Last but not least, I want to mention the amazing complimentary breakfast which is so delicious and the daily massage that is a blessing after a whole day's hiking in the grandeur Angkor Wat. Thank you and you leave us a great impression of Cambodia. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Wish you and your country all the best!

I really enjoyed the boutique aspect of the hotel. They really did an excellent job setting up our honeymoon suite and all of the staff was very helpful during our stay. They also provide complimentary tuk tuk to all of the markets. Breakfast was delicious as well. There really was nothing I didnt like about this hotel. Would definitely book with them in the future and recommend to anyone looking to visit Siem Reap.

Incredible hotel, 5* service and facilities. From the reception staff who looked after me (Noun and Jack) who wished me happy birthday even on there day off, but also arranged a birthday cake and well wishes, they arranged my tour to Angkor and Tuk Tuk rides into the centre as well as massages. They took attention to detail and service to new levels. I ate in the restaurant every day and every meal was amazing and good value. The room was huge, with 4 poster bed and coffee machine. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone!

The sweeping pool did not work, the promised spa treatment is not existent. Could not get through on the phone on arrival even though it was said the property has airport pick up services. Pleasant stuff, we had nice dinner at the restaurant.

This hotel is fantastic, and the service is truly exceptional. The staff made the stay entirely enjoyable and very special. They had great recommendations for places to go and things to do, were always available to assist, and ensured that we always had what we needed. The massages, cocktails, breakfasts, and in room amenities compare favourably with anywhere else we have stayed in Asia. The hotel was like an oasis in the middle of the city. Should we come back this way, we will definitely stay here again. I would also like to give a huge thankyou to the front desk staff, the cleaning ladies, the wait staff in the restaurant, and the ladies in the spa; you made this stay one of the best vacations we have had.

This is a small boutique Hotel but has everything you need. It's unique )I think) because the furniture is antique/colonial style. The staff are wonderful and do everything they can to help you and make your stay a lovely experience.

Full privacy with 5 star amenities. Personalized service to 9/10. Only downside is the access to hotel; the road is terrible compare to inside hotel. Overall is a very memorable stay.
