Middle of nowhere and very hard to find. The hotel claims there is a restaurant but there isn’t one. Terrible breakfast and service.

Our regular place to stay when in Marrakech. very quiet and relaxing, my kids already miss the dog Zwino... as they call this place the Zwino's Hotel. We look forward to coming back.

The property is beautiful, expecially the pool area. The food is ok, the staff are friendly. It’s too far from the centre of Marrakech and there is nothing around the property. Its excellent if you want a retreat as the name suggest. It cost almost £25 each way to go to the centre. They should offer a free shuttle.

I have been staying in this property since 2019, been there every year since then. I feel at peace when sitting outside, looking at the trees and just feeling relaxed. We stay at other hotels but have to stop by Marrakech Retreat to recharge. A car is a must!

Gorgeous hotel and happy and helpful staff. We had some trouble finding the location because google maps brought us to a road that didn't go through. Easily ammended if the directions are noted on this page. We were served tea once we arrived and then we relaxed and enjoyed the view and senery and lovely gardens.

Excellent customer service and hospitality. A car is a must since the hotel is far from the city center. Excellent grounds and beautiful scenery. One thing needed though is a small fridge/ minibar in the room to keep the kids drinks cold.

I loved everything about this place, it was a refreshing getaway from the city. Fresh air, beautiful scenery, the quiet and the peace. The food was delicious and all the vegetables are freshly picked from their garden. Imane, the manager was very thoughtful. You can sense that they think about everything to make their guests happy and comfortable. I am already planning to come back with ny whole family.

Marrakech Retreat was incredible. First, let me say that the people here are just great. Imane runs a tight ship and she was really great about helping us out when a tour we had scheduled went haywire. She was also very thorough about everything. Mohammed is just the most gracious person and he gave us amazing service! Finally, Said went out of his way to take us on a tour when the one we had scheduled fell apart. He even walked with us up to the waterfalls in the Atlas Mountains! Next - the property. It is stunning. There is a pool and a huge amount of property to walk around on. They farm a lot of their own vegetables and fruits, and we loved walking around and enjoying the donkeys and the sheep. It is very soothing to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset from the roof, while listening to the calls to prayer from multiple local mosques. Our room was large, very clean, with air conditioning and comfortable seating areas. The retreat is south of town about 30 km or so, but that is what makes is so perfect. It was a great place to come back to and relax after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Said runs a shuttle between downtown and the resort in the morning and evening and you can arrange a ride with him at another time for a fee. Overall, we loved our stay here. It was amazing and I'd highly recommend it for anyone who would like to relax and be comfortable without the noise of downtown Marrakech.

We booked this hotel for 14 days. It is a very peaceful place to relax and unwind. The hotel does provide a free shuttle which takes you to the Médina at 9 am will pickup at 4:30pm. If you were to pay for a taxi from the hotel to the Médina and back will cost you 20 Euros each way. Pros: Peaceful location Very clean Excellent pool Spacious rooms Cons: Very far from Marrakech Médina approx 30 mins and nothing within walking distance. Would recommend hiring a car. Food: Breakfast: standard Moroccan sweet breakfast was included. Eggs or anything extra you have to pay for. Lunch: Limited menu for lunch which only consists of Moroccan cuisine. Dinner: set menu which costs 18 Euros per person. Staff are very helpful however they speak very limited English so sometimes it can be hard to communicate clearly.

Very unique resort area . Very quiet and calm location .You will love if you like nature and different varieties of bird chirping early morning . Wonderful garden with all kind of fruit trees .Great hospitality by Emanz always smiley and caring . Excellent service by Mohammed. Don’t forget to praised those two ladies cooking at kitchen all the time .Only thing which I didn’t like — Management suppose to inform about food menu . We never got informed what we are getting . It depends on person some people can’t eat some food ( allergies etc) Must and should informed what you will serve. Also no clothes hanger in room very disappointing . Rest all definitely 3 star resort.
